Halloween!

Here's the whole family on Halloween night!  Jordan was Jenga Fet (from Star Wars).  Also, at school that day, he dressed up as the word, "approximately."  Just think about that.  He is very creative.  :)  The big boys went out late night to get as much candy as possible, while the little bear and I went to Breadwinners for dinner with Ava Kate and her parents, Mimi, Mammas & Poppop, and Poppa and Jo Jo (Ava's grandparents).  What a fun night!

Fall 2008

Here are my boys in Austin in October. We had so much fun celebrating Jordan's birthday and going to Cary's shows at the Cactus Cafe! We loved seeing Mimi, Grammy & Bawpaw, the Shivers/Johnson family, the Garzas, and the Horridges.

Jordan turned 8 on October 4, 2008.  He had a Halloween party with his friend Hannah, who has the same birthday.  Mimi made an AWESOME cake for their party at the Studio Movie Grill.

These pictures are of Jaron at the Arboretum.  He got to go in a petting zoo for the first time.  He loved being around the animals and dancing with the other kids at Kindermusik.

Summer 2008

Cary & Cara at Aunt Laurie's Birthday Party

This is Jordan with his Uncle Jim backstage at the Fair Park Music Hall.  Jim played "Aldolfo" in the Drowsy Chaperone tour.  He was FANTASTIC and VERY funny.  (Cinnamon!!!)

Here are a couple of pictures of Jaron with his (2nd or 3rd?) cousin, Ava Kate.  She is the adorable daughter of my cousin Alan and his sweet wife Kyla.  We have a playdate every Tuesday.  Jaron and Ava are best friends.  :)

Here are some photos of our trip to Aspen in July.  We had a great time with Mammas and Poppop, and the weather was perfect.
